Terms and coaching boundary
HyFit is an AI fitness coach, not a medical service.
Effective date: June 4, 2026
These terms explain the boundaries for using HyFit / 嗨练. HyFit is built to help users plan, follow, and adjust hybrid training. It is not built to diagnose, treat, rehabilitate, or provide emergency help.
Medical and emergency disclaimer
HyFit provides fitness and performance coaching information only. HyFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or emergency services. The app and AI coach are not a substitute for a physician, clinician, physical therapist, coach, trainer, or other qualified professional.
If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern, unusual pain, or any concern about whether exercise is safe for you, consult a qualified professional before using HyFit or following any training suggestion.
Exercise risk and user responsibility
Exercise carries inherent risk, including soreness, strain, injury, overtraining, cardiovascular stress, and other adverse outcomes. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, load, pace, movement, substitution, or recovery recommendation is appropriate for your body, health, equipment, environment, and skill level.
Stop training and seek qualified help if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting, acute injury, unusual pain, or any urgent medical concern. Do not ignore professional medical advice because of something generated by HyFit.
AI coaching limitations
HyFit uses AI systems to generate plans, coaching messages, session adjustments, substitutions, and summaries. AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe for your specific situation, or based on incomplete context. Review suggestions before training and use your own judgment.
HyFit may adapt training from goals, workout history, Apple Health data you choose to share, recovery context, schedule, equipment, and messages you provide. These adaptations are fitness coaching support, not medical assessment.
Apple Health and training data
Apple Health access is optional and controlled by you in iOS settings. When shared, HyFit uses Health data as training context, such as recent workouts, heart-rate trends, active energy, sleep, and recovery signals. HyFit does not sell Apple Health data or use it for advertising.
